Location Scout and Risk

 This is my groups Location Scout and Risk assesment.

Location 1
Location:	Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang
Events in scene:	actors explore canyeon
Pros of location:	- great views - adventurous atmosphere - exotic - great representation of what bali has to offer
Cons of location:	- quite far - snakes - lots of water -risk of rain
Alternatives:	Sanur beach
Risk Assessment
Potential hazards:	- Sharp rocks - small dangerous animal - water - snakes - rain risk - slipping hazard - falling hazard
Evaluate risks:	-tripping - falling broken equipment
Control measures:	Wear protective gear - plastics or equipment cover - first aid kid
Responsibility:	Bams responsible for control measures
Time frame:	By destination arrival time

Location 2
Location:	Suluban beach
Events in scene:	Exploration
Pros of location:	- great views - exotic - many parts of places to shoot
Cons of location:	- crowded - lots of walking - possible trash
Alternatives:	Legian beach
Risk Assessment
Potential hazards:	Dangerous animals, water
Evaluate risks:	- Stung - drowning - tripping hazard
Control measures:	- Take caution - wear protective gear - first aid kit
Responsibility:	Bams responsible for control measures
Time frame:	By the time they reach the destination
Other notes:

Self Reflection: BIG UPS to Maxine again for doing the writing, though I think most of the decision of which places to go to was somewhat group decided and agreed upon. We eventually went to Sanur, Gusde's house and Legian Beach specifically for the sunset.

However, despite not really using this one, I think having learny about location scout and risk assesment allowed us to put into consideration whatever is deemed necessary in order to protect our safety, next time I'll definitely put more effort and use this.
