Screen Test

This is the Screen Test blog for the Comp 3 Project.

The form was made by Max, but was passed around by Maisie.

Gathering feedback from people of our target audience can be beneficial as it'll help us improve and make tweaks to the MV by giving feedback and criticisms from people who actually care and like the genre and won't be entirely alien to it, meaning the feedback will be related and helpful, getting feedback will also be beneficial as it offers outsider opinions compared to media students which may offer unexpected ideas.

QUESTIONS

FEEDBACK

Most of the feedbacks have very minimal complaints regarding our MV, this likely stems from the fact that it was still undone and lacked our entire narrative, meaning we won't have much feedback to work with for now. A criticism is one where we lacked preperation, this likely comes from the vocalist as it was a very sudden and unprepared substitute we had to get.

Self Reflection:
- I didn't do much aside from helping coming up with questions to use in the feedback.
- The primary problem we faced with this task was coming up with questions that weren't too specific and too broad, we had to really consider our wording and put into mind how the audience who reads this might feel/think. We also ended up doing this and giving them away the day they were due, before media class.
- We solved the question issue by trial and error with the group, as in we would try one question and discuss whether it was good enough/made sense, and if it didn't we would try to come up with new ones by altering them. Our group member also had free time during one of the periods before media, meaning they were able to pass them around quickly in the chillout room which consisted of multiple students at once.
