Self Reflection: 

   I have extremely mixed reactions towards this group I am in and the members that are in it. I must admit that I felt somewhat comfortable with this group, I felt like we clicked well and shared better chemistry when we had to work and decide on whatever film we wanted to make, the members in this group has also been close friends of mine for a long time so I do believe that played a great role in it too.

   Unfortunately many drawbacks could be easily found in the group, and we began to crack as more and more blogs and tasks were piled up on our list, eventually our progress grinded to a halt as the semester went on and as the deadline grew closer, our cohesion, unity, and proper form, everyones previously well assigned roles fell apart and we slowly started to just fall apart as a group in general, our communications effectively stopped and was very on and off, it just ended up becoming a mess. 

   Though our issues were possibly caused by our collective incompetence, I do believe one group member could've focused and done their roles better so that we wouldn't be placed in such a tight and horrible situation by the end of the semester, paired with mock exams, slcs, and other personal issues, it just became horrible. I hope this person can change in the future but safe to say that I'd like to avoid working with them in the near future till they do so.

   In general, though this group was fun and enjoyable in the early stages of the semester and in terms of humour, however, it is very clear that we lacked proper cohesion, willpower, and competence to do things that actually matter and are crucial to our grades, I must also reflect on myself as an individual and group member during this semester and hope I can change for the better in the future, and with this I think every expectation I had on my brief did not come true.
